Registration is open for the 2026 Q User Summit! Join us April 7-9, 2026 in Novi, Michigan.
Be part of the 2026 Q User Summit, where schools, districts, and county offices of education come together to unlock the full potential of Q and MISTAR-Q. This event offers immersive training sessions led by experts and users, and opportunities to network with peers who use the same SIS every day.

Early bird registration is open from October 1st, 2025 through November 30th, 2025. Starting December 1st, 2025, tickets will be sold at the regular registration rate.

Venue & Hotel
The 2026 Q User Summit will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Novi. We’ve secured a rate of $119 per night for our attendees.
Be sure to book your room by March 21, 2026 to lock in this discounted price. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

While hearing updates from Aequitas and our developers is valuable, what truly makes the conference special are the sessions led by you—our users. To keep the summit user-focused, we invite you to submit our Call for Presenters form.
Presenters can take advantage of a 50% discount on the three-day registration rate, plus a few surprises throughout the event.
